This package is for couples who have completed their wedding planning but need assistance with the coordination aspect of their wedding. It is designed to assist couples with the last few items that are left on the checklist and to pull all the details together in order to bring your vision come to life. You may think that a family member or a friend can run around on your big day but should they not also enjoy every moment of your day? Would you not want everything complete for when your friends and family arrive to the venue. We make sure to coordinate timings and itinerary with your vendors, and take care of all major and minor details so you and your family and friends can enjoy every moment of your wedding from the time to arrive to the end of the night. You did a great job planning your wedding, now let us take care of the coordination part of it.
- Initial consultation five – six weeks prior to the Wedding to review vendor contracts and learn all other details.
- Create a detailed timeline and itinerary.
- Include a family meeting, if required, closer to the Wedding.
- Include a rehearsal a few days prior to the Wedding.
- Unlimited phone calls and emails from the initial consultation to the Wedding day.
- Point of contact for all vendors.
- One Venue site visit prior to the Wedding.
- On site direction from morning until the end of the events.
- Troubleshooting any last-minute emergencies that may arise during the event.
- Assist with any last minute items that may still be remaining.
- Supervision of full setup.
